Call for Abstract
All participants of Ten Topics Asia are invited to submit abstracts of scientific study. Selected abstracts will be invited for poster presentation. Selected abstracts will be published in the programme and abstract book. All presenters must be confirmed registrants.
Abstract Submission
Abstract format
- Each abstract should be prepared as a Microsoft Word file (font: Arial; font size: 10).
- Abstracts should be in English, contain no more than 300 words, and be structured around the subheadings: Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
- The abstract title, name(s) and affiliation(s) of all authors will not be counted towards the word limit.
- Abbreviations should be defined after first use. Do NOT include tables, figures or references in the abstract.
Listing of authors
- The names of all authors should follow the format indicated in the Abstract Submission Form.
(Last name initials. e.g. Smith MA).
- The name of the presenting author should be underlined, together with the email and telephone contact details.
Notification of abstract receipt and acceptance and selection process
- All presenters at the Ten Topics Asia meeting must be confirmed registrants.
- All abstracts will be acknowledged within 5 working days.
- The Scientific Committee will review all submitted abstracts. The decision of the Scientific Committee is final.
- The Conference Secretariat will notify the presenting author about outcome of the abstract submission.
- Please take note that authors of abstracts accepted for presentation must be responsible for all expenses incurred in the production of their presentation, travel and accommodation during the meeting.
